I use 12% FO in Millennium Soy Wax, and melt the test at the 3 week mark. This one is an elegant, powdery, vanilla blend that has so much potential, but it is saddled with poor scores in strength and throw. Scent appeal is a solid 10/10 and I don't typically like powdery fragrances; this is an exception. The strength and throw were about a 5/10--not great. In body products, this would be a home run. If Wellington can improve the throw on this to get it to at least a 7, they'd have a hit on their hands. But at a 5, I won't be incorporating this into any blend. Also important to note: the pepper note is subtle. It does not lead with pepper, nor would you detect it if it weren't suggested in the scent description. Nonetheless, it is a pleasant, complex, vanilla-based fragrance. Wellington, please work on this one. I gave it three stars because it is novel and so interesting. But based on performance, I'd rate it at a two. Because even the best fragrance is useless for wax if it doesn't throw.
