Used in massage blends for aching joints because of its warming property. Excellent addition to many aromatherapy blends, blends well with Lavender, Clary Sage, Geranium, Rosemary, Petitgrain, Orange, and other spices. Try 1 drop with 20-40 drops of Orange for a wonderful home blend. Should not be used at all during pregnancy, If inhaled may cause nausea, not recommended for skin care.
