Guilty Men by Gucci Type Fragrance Oil

I really like this product. Smells excellent

I recently received my first order from your company, which included the Gucci Men Type by Gucci fragrance oil. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived leaking, and the oil had spilled throughout the box.

This was my first time purchasing from your company, and I was genuinely excited to try your products. However, the condition in which the item arrived was disappointing and not what I expected from a professional fragrance supplier.

I would appreciate it if you could advise on how this issue can be resolved, whether through a replacement or refund.
