This review is for the "new and improved" version. I don't know what the old and lousy one was like, but this one is a winner. I use 12% FO in Millennium Soy Wax. I tested this as a wax melt at the three week cure mark. It had a strength of about 9/10, filling the 24x12 foot room it is in completely. Throw was about a 7.5/10, traveling a few feet outside the room, and up about seven stairs of the adjacent staircase, for reference. If you're looking for that fragrance note that makes Aveda Shampure smell like Aveda Shampure, this is what you're after. Now, Wellington, go fix Tom Ford Grey Vetiver (which falls under the old and lousy category, 0/10) and Poivre (which, while not a dud, could be so much stronger). This would be a good one to blend with a strong throwing lavender or a good vetiver if you can find one.
