Use the diffuser base to mix with any premium grade fragrance oil. Our suggestion is twenty five to thirty percent premium grade fragrance oil to seventy or seventy five percent diffuser base. The diffuser base contains no alcohol. The diffuser base is formulated to aide the fragrance oil in wicking up reed sticks or used to mix with fragrances for diffusers.
